Wonderful zen experience. Beautiful boutique setting. Smelt amazing. Ambience 10/10. Staff Shane & Jaz were stunningly helpful and very insightful about the techniques. I went for relaxation purposes but imagine this would be great for conditions such as arthritis.

Such a great experience at Sweat Lounge I spent 40 mins in the Premier IR and Red Light Therapy cabin and just relaxed and it was super zen - so glad I found this place on TikTok the reception area is super aesthetic and cosy too so I’ll be back again :)
