Let's put this into perspective, this week a regular customer walked into this barbers and thanked the staff for possibly saving his life. At the staff 's recommendation, he went and saw his doctor about a lump on his neck noticed when he was having his hair cut. It turned out to be a malignant melanoma . Stop your bloody fussing, don't take kids in 5minutes before closing on a Saturday, when you've had all day to get a hair cut and stop expecting everyone else to love your kids. Just because you do, don't mean everyone else has to like them and what 7 year old knows how to describe a hair cut!

Like the person below, I regularly use this barber. The staff in there have a fantastic sense of humour, which miserable mothers of moaning 7 years olds, probably wouldn't understand! As a customer, I have helped vote them to win the 'Loving your High Street' award for the last two years. Great service at a very cheap price!

As a regular customer, who doesn't go in at the last minute with fussing bloody kids, this place is the tops. Please remember this is placed in witham full of single moaning mothers who want everyone to bow to them at cut down prices. This barber won the 'loving your highstreet' award for customer service for the last two years. Excellent service and a wonderful sense of humour.

have to agree with previous comment with regards to rude staff. My son had his hair cut but when he tried to explain what he wanted she was really abrupt and just rolled her eyes. You know how hard a 7 year old can find it to explain. I stepped in and explained but she. really did have a bad attitude and certainly not a people person!!!! Will not go here again

Just outright rudeness. Lacks any customer service whatsoever. Having walked in at 4:45 shop was open no mention of them closing, instead the woman bitches about me to the client in the chair, then expects me to let her loose with scissors on my son, when all she needed do was tell me they closed at 5pm when I walked in easily done! Wont go here again and will certainly be telling everyone I know to steer well clear.
