Swiss Cottage Thai Massage and Spa

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and at first the massages were great. The massages are still really good to be fair (mostly) although it is very firm and can be painful. However, I can no longer tolerate the awful service. Rude/unbothered staff who clearly want to go home and are defensive over small things such as me asking for background/spa music as there was alot of noise coming from outside. Its a shame because the massages are good and decently priced. A smile and a good attitude can go a long way. The place itself is a bit dingy and not inviting. Overall, the staffs attitude are a put-off and prevents relaxation during the massage so it is not worth it.

I used to come to Swiss cottage Thai massage many years ago, but the state of the shower was very bad. It was not even working properly. The sound I understand people breaking in, but it was with Asbestos which were protecting the fireplace. I don’t think it’s healthy.

The best Massage place in town! Been there a several times and always satisfied with the massage. Hats off to the Young lady on the reception who gave us a warm welcome. She was very kind and helpful.
