Tamara’s Hair Studio

I booked my appointment via FroHub, paid a £27 deposit AND travelled all the way from Croydon - but it was well worth it. Tamaras salon is intimate. Which I loved because im pregnant and wanted a peaceful appointment with little foot traffic or distraction. Tamara and her colleague were really welcoming and gentle in nature. Polite too, No bad vibes. They took my braids out in around 2 hours and managed my 4C natural hair really well. Not all salons cater to my texture, which is why I was willing to travel, but they made the commute worth it. There was a little wait for my appointment to start but that's a minor. Would recommend.

I’ve been going to Tamara for 2 years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. She’s very skilled at what she does, and very quick! She listens to what you want, and doesn’t neglect the health of your hair, whilst making the style last and look good. I’ve been to hairdressers in the past who have been rough with my hair, and I’ve experienced breakage from this. But, I haven’t experienced this with Tamara. I know my hair is in safe hands with her!

I cannot recommend Tamara enough! She always makes me feel welcomed and listens to what styles I would like and offers expert advice on what would work best for my hair type.
