Came in here for a tragus piercing at the weekend, it was not a good experience, it all felt very rushed and nothing about it felt clean, the piercer marked a dot on my ear with a pen and then when he had put the earring in he had completely missed the guide marking, my cheek started to swell and by the next morning I decided to go to a local tattoo studio as I don’t live in London, they told me that the piecing was too close to my face and needed to be removed asap, they also said that the piercing should not have been done with the type of jewellery used and the angle of the piercing was also incorrect. My face is still swollen and I have had a headache since the weekend. You put your trust into people as they seem nice but all in all it was a painful experience in more ways than one and £70 down the drain!

When we planned our trip to London and I got the idea of getting myself a nice souvenir-tattoo, I quickly came across Tattoo 13 in Soho and instantly had a crush on Sharon’s “classic modern art” designs. So we got in touch several months in advance, discussing my design-idea, date, costs and payment etc. so everything was well prepared. When in London I dropped by a day before just so I know the way or we could make final arrangements if necessary. The very nice studio in the heart of Soho has a comfortable atmosphere, it’s clean and all the staff is polite and friendly, helping with all the questions I had. On “The Day” our appointment started without any delays, the “paperwork” was swiftly done electronically and then I got a first glimpse on Sharon’s design she created for me. Wow, I immediately fell in love with it, no need to change anything! After final clarifications about size and position we started, and during the session Sharon always made sure I’m comfortable, asking if I need a break or something. The result was/is amazing! As this was my first color tattoo I had no idea how to tend to it properly and unfortunately I forgot to bring some ointment. Sharon explained in detail how I should treat the fresh tattoo, also giving me some ointment which did a great job during the healing process. I am so happy with my “Vintage Diver”, absolutely love it – thank you so much Sharon and Tattoo 13 in Soho!
