I'm so confused by the amount of negative reviews on here, I have multiple piercings and tattoos and I'm blown away by the detail of every tattoo...so pleased...piercings have all healed well, both Terry and russ treat me like family pleasure to be around thank you guys see you soon

Had my belly pierced by these people don’t think it was done professionally as I’ve had my belly button pierced before and did not look or feel like this. I’m currently on anti biotics due to them infecting me. Back in 2007 my mum also received a tattoo from this shop where it looked like it had be done in prison. Stay away from here

The male tattoo artist, Terry, refused to give me the size of the tattoo I wanted because “small tattoos smear over time”, claiming that I’d thank him in 5 years even though I know people who have had small tattoos for 10+ years which still look absolutely amazing. He also refused to give me the tattoo in the place I wanted (on the side of the wrist) because “that’s where the skin bends” even though I showed him a picture of a girl with the exact same tattoo I wanted in the exact same size I wanted and in the exact same place I wanted it on her side wrist. So despite his 20 years of experience that he continually boasts, these two things give me the impression that he’s either lazy or unskilled and has a tendency to impose his own opinions onto customers instead of just giving them what they want. After making the tattoo size the size that HE wanted, I asked if I could see how it looks on my wrist first with a dummy tattoo. He then just walked off (indicating his lack of communication and people skills), so I assumed to follow him and after requesting again if I can just see how it looks on my wrist with a dummy tattoo, he condescendingly exclaimed “well this isn’t the part where you tell me the size you want, so you either want it or you don’t”. But despite this being my first ever tattoo, which I told him, he never talked me through the process, guided me or described the procedure, which would’ve been helpful and reassuring because I was nervous. I found this lack of formality and empathy extremely unprofessional and combined with what appears to be a lack of ability to do certain tattoos in certain places and sizes, quite amateurish. In fact, my father asked him what exactly is in the ink of a tattoo and he said “I got absolutely no idea”. So again, even though he boasts his 20 years worth of experience, he doesn’t even know the foundations of tattooistsry! Then he made the first offensive comment, which was rooted in sexism. I took my time to reconsider if I really wanted a tattoo, which is completely understandable, given that I had just been informed that I couldn’t have it in the place nor size I wanted, so he said “women love to overthink everything don’t they”. Later, he made his second offensive remark by passing judgement on my tattoo: “I don’t understand why people get silly little symbols”. This was deeply offensive because the tattoo I wanted was a religious Hindu om sign. So regardless of what size I got this tattoo, the meaningful symbol speaks volumes. Since I am the client and the tattoo is on my body for life, the place and size of the tattoo I decided on should have been my choice. I don’t recommend Tattoo Temple to anyone because the tattoo you want might even be refused and you may be made to feel judged, unheard, unvalued and degraded.
