Please note: No oils are used and you will be clothed for the massage, so remember to wear loose fitting clothes so you can stretch out comfortably during the treatment.

A massage can’t be given if you have:
- A fever (over 38 degrees)
- Serious bruising
- Swelling
- A fracture
- A serious wound or cut
- Cancer
- High blood pressure
- Diabetes
- Current Pregnancy
Before the Massage:
Don’t eat too soon before your massage. It’s best to allow some time after your meal (at least 30 minutes) to digest food. You should also not drink any alcohol.
