I’ve just had a full body massage and I can safely say I won’t be returning. I bought 60mins and the massage started at 11 and ended at 11:50. The massage hurt and I’ve been left in more pain prior to massage. I explained my knees and feet hurt but there was no foot massage and my knee now hurts more. I also said that’s too much on my shoulders but nothing changed and I was also cold and said this at the start of the massage to which she said it would warm up but I was cold the entire massage.

I've just left Thai Revival after a great massage, very thorough and feeling so much better. I've been going there for years and am very satisfied with the service. The gentleman on reception is polite and professional, the rooms are always very clean. It's not a luxury salon, but I've paid much more in fancy places and not had as good a massage. I don't care if the ladies speak to me, I can easily tell them what I want or if I want to change the pressure. I just want to zone out for an hour and feel my aches disappear, which they do! It's a quirky place, maybe not for everyone, but I love it and think it's a little Chiswick gem! Wish I could go more often.

In Sydney I went to Thai massage every two weeks for five years. I feel I know what I'm talking about more than most. The staff in Chiswick were friendly and it was clean but not "luxurious" as they bill it. The treatment room was too light but the background music was quite nice. I had asked for hard pressure and a mix of Thai and deep tissue massage but it was light/medium throughout and I didn't feel it was very effective - they did not do my head or face and the major back and shoulder knots I always have weren't dealt with properly. However the stretching was very good. I wasn't at any point during the massage asked how it was going or how I was finding the pressure but the massage covered a lot of ground in 30 minutes - my whole body (apart from head) - and the acupuncture pressure work on my legs was reasonably good.
