The team is quite talented and the haircuts are great, but for £40 (wash & cut) it wouldn’t be too much to ask to remove the loose hairs even if you’re not getting your hair dried. The hairdresser finished cutting and dispatched me immediately without even shaking my hair to remove the loose hairs, I needed a long shower at home to remove them!

She cut my fringe like she was drunk. I had to get it fixed the day after. It’s super short and uneven. When I told her I thought it was too short compared to the reference pic I showed her, she said that it had to be that short to have the haircut work. Not true cause in the reference picture the fringe was much longer. Would not recommend this salon!

I've been going to The Box for my regular cut & balayage for years ever since it opened, but somehow never left a review... and this is a special one as last week the wonderful Guillaume styled my hair for my wedding day. He nailed it!! And was such a nice calm presence, I had a lovely morning getting ready. So 5 overdue stars for The Box, and 5 massive glowing golden stars for Guillaume - THANK YOU!
