That's really interesting DEBBIE as salon not even open today! You didn't have an appointment, & stock cupboard is out the back away from prying eyes!!!! WOW, you must be so very clever!

the stylists were all talking over me. there was no supply of the standard colour I wanted even though I had booked for my hair to be coloured. when the hairdresser opened the stock door there was nothing in there. they seemed to be scraping around for money to go and buy one tube of colour do not use this salon

I felt the advice that i asked for prior to chopping off all of my long hair to a new shorter style was wonderful and i felt in no way pressured by the staff there to do anything with it other than what i wanted, which was a style that is now easy to manage (as i am a busy mum), and much more flattering. The salon is relaxed and friendly and i had a lovely and relaxing time there, in fact i cant wait to go in for a trim in about 6 weeks just to have a natter! Jane who worked on my hair is lovely and i trust her to trim my little girls hair, when my daughter feels ready to sit in the big chair! I am sad to read the bad reviews that have been left, especially by anonymous? Dont worry about it Jane, i thoroughly recommend your salon, and would ask that prospective customers should not be put off in any way! See you soon! x

I can only reiterate the previous reviewers comments. I had the best cut I have ever had and I am nearly 60 years old. I also had a colour that completely covered my greying hair. I was made to feel welcome and felt totally relaxed. Thank you for a good experience. Please don't let negativity put you off. Try it for yourself.

Today I had an excellent cut, wash and blow dry at this salon. My hair is particularly challenging and yet I felt relaxed and confident throughout all procedures and was delighted with the result. I am suprised by the earlier bitter review that appears for this salon and can only assume that this results from some previous unresolved grievance. Based on my experience I am happy to recommend the salon to anyone.

Recently visited this salon. Staff were very friendly and i was extremely happy with my hair. Unsure to what the back ground is to the previous review left. Can only asume there is some history and bitterness between the current owner and the previous owner. I have no reservations in recommending this salon to my family and friends.

I had a full head of Highlights last week, and was very,very happy with the final result. The stylist was lovely. And i felt very relaxed. The salon also looks good since it has changed ownership. I have been using this salon for about a year now. When I first walk through the door I was very stressed and worried because my hair had been turned orange by another local salon. Louise had me in the chair all afternoon correcting my orange mess. When I left sometime later I had low lights and highlights through my hair and I can only say she saved the day for me. I been going back regularly throughout the year having my colour transformed. I am now at a stage were I can honestly say I love my hair, everyone remarks on my hair colour now for the right reasons.

I came in with my daughter a few weeks ago to take advantage of Infinity's 10% off offer to have my hair washed, trimmed and straightened the stylist and the young man on the till were welcoming and absolutely lovely, I would'nt hesistate to recommend this salon!

I went to Infinity Hair salon 13/05/11. What a big mistake I made. I explained to Louise, who I believe owns the salon, that I have very fine hair. I also explained that because of my fine hair I get very nervous when having a cut. The haircut I recieved was uneven, she cut into my fine hair so much it has made it thinner, My fringe lost it's shape I can no longer wear it in the same style until it grows back. It has resulted in my coming home crying my eye's out, and having to phone a hairdresser I know, to come out to me urgently to rectify. I would never go back to that salon The experience was awful.

Great salon, the girls are lovely

I have recently moved to lightwater and took my two young sons to this salon after noticing a flyer in the local supermarket, the prices were very reasonable compared to other salons in the area and the staff were very friendly putting my sons at ease.

Absolutely fantastic salon would recommend to everyone beautiful salon, warm atmosphere and my hair looks greay 10 out of 10!
