As I cannot physically bend backwards over a salon sink due to a disability I asked for a dry trim and explained why (even though it was obvious) and was told, "No, we will not cut hair without first washing it - sorry".Yes, a more precise cut can be had when the hair is wet, however, if that is not possible and the customer is prepared to accept a less than perfect cut - and considering it takes up less of the salon's time - what's the problem? Does it upset the stylist's sensibilities in some way or is it the fact that they cannot charge for the wash and blow dry?To be so inflexible towards someone with a physical disability is extremely unprofessional and uncaring. For all I know the Cutting Room's stylists could be brilliant but, without customer care, their expertise is irrelevant. Avoid!
