The Ginger Group, Westfield

Thought I'd try this salon because it was in Westfields, looked posh and I wanted to treat myself to a colour and haircut. Unfortunately it turned out to be the worst hairdressers I've been to. I felt the stylist didn't know what they were doing and my hair turned out a disaster. I was in tears in the shop it was that bad! The colour has totally dried out my hair. I had 1/2 head of highlights to blend in my roots and when I was at the sink having the foils washed out he then put a toner through all of my hair. I asked why and he said it was to tone it down - in all the years I have been having foil highlights no one had put a toner on after. All I could think was that he had used too strong a colour by mistake and had to tone it down in some way. The haircut was cut dry (he could only cut dry hair), it was uneven and looked a mess. I left in floods of tears went straight home, stopping at books for a intensive hair mask to see if I could save it!
