I had the worst experience getting pedicure done here. I booked for a pedicure with biab and a manicure with shellac. I was told one price when I booked and when I arrived the price magically grew from £80 to £120. Me saying the manicurist was sloppy is even an understatement. She used the foot grater and then had no intentions of filing my foot after to smooth the roughness with a pumice stone that was created by the use of the foot grater. She left endless cuticles on my toes. When I tried to ask for the issues to be fixed like smoothing my foot and cutting excess cuticle. She said all I am doing is moaning and that they do not file the foot after using the pumice stone as that was for callous removal. I couldn't beleive it, as I have tried many nail shops and have never in my life heard the pumice stone is not used a part of a regular pedicure. She wanted me to pay for callous removal if she used the pumice stone. Yes, my feet were hard and needed a lot of work. Which i did tell her when I arrived and when i booked the initial appointment some days prior. She attempted to say my pedicure was done on 3 occasions. Which i then decided to finish the cuticles and filing of my foot myself!!! I spent about 15 minutes after she had said she was finished. sitting and filling ny own foot and cleaning my cuticles. I spoke to the manager on the phone. Who was very dismissive. I was in shock at my experience. They reduce the £35 pound bill for the crap pedicure to £30. Which is a joke, considering I did so much work for the pedicure myself. I am now sat in another shop completing my feet and manicure as I refused to continue with the treatment. Terrible avoid them at all costs Very over priced and under skilled staff and I suspect not trained staff!!!!

Just found out this recently opened Italian style local beauty shop. Very friendly atmosphere and welcoming by the owner, and super professional and skilled workers. Looks like a regular nail shop from the outside but the actual place is very big downstairs and fully equipped with more than a tanning machine (full body) . Will be back soon , thank you

The staff were friendly and welcoming; I’m especially happy with the quality and care given to my nails. I came in for a gel polish removal and wanted something different but still using my natural nails as the base. The nail artist suggested BIAB and I’m very happy with the result! I definitely recommend and will come back again next time I’m in London. (This photo was taken about a week after my visit)
