The Happiness Centre

After putting it off for a very long time i finally made an appointment to see an osteopath about an ever present pain in the neck and shoulders. I was a little anxious as i didn't know any one who had had a treatment with an osteopath at The Happiness Centre. My appointment was with Tim Howard and i must say i was very happy with his work.Tim conducted a thorough consultation with me followed by a full physical examination. He then explained clearly what the treatment would involve and went through the process of each manipulation before carrying it out. This was good for me as i have had osteopathic treatment before where the therapist did not explain what they were doing and it can be quite an alarming experience.Another thing i noticed was the treatment involved a lot of soft tissue work before any spinal manipulations were carried out.I feel much better and i was not told i had to go back every week for a block of treatments. If i have another problem that needs this type of treatment i would go back to Tim.
