I have just moved back into the area after a few years away and I am so pleased I am back close to the Head Office again - I didn't ever manage to find a hairdresser as good as this when I was living in London! I had my hair cut today and have not stopped looking at myself in the mirror all day! Had a lot of trouble with it looking flat before but Shaun and Patsi gave me some great tips on how to keep it looking great all day. They also advised which were the best products to use for my hair which would enhance rather than weigh it down. So pleased they're my hairdressers again.

I have been having my hair cut here for the last 30 years and I have never failed to be thrilled with the service I have received. Everyone I have encountered is very friendly and welcoming, and all of the hairdressers they employ work to a very high standard. I couldn't recommend this salon more.

I've been coming to The Head Office since I was a little baby. I will always come back here to get my hair cut as Nina knows my hair, how I like it cut, what sort of colour suits me and as she's known me since I was a child she knows my style and suggests ideas I may like. I have gone from long to short, pretty much dyed it every colour under the sun and had it straight and curly, however I have my hair done I have never had a problem, I'm always pleased when I walk out of The Head Office.

I had some highlights put in here recently and I am so pleased with the result. The service was fantastic and the staff were really friendly and attentive. They were really patient in listening to what I wanted and helped me to choose the best colours to suit me. I went to a wedding recently and loads of people commented on how good my hair looked. I also had my hair cut at the same time and it is a fantastic cut, really lovely layers. I will definitely be going back, I can't recommend it highly enough.

I got my hair cut here this weekend and thought it was fantastic! Everyone was super friendly and nice and they cut it exactly how I wanted it. I explained that I didn't always have the time to blow dry it and they made sure the cut worked even when it was just left to dry naturally. They also gave me some great advice on how to take care of my hair for the type it is which I had no idea about. The tips they gave me have helped me overcome my biggest problem - hair going flat halfway through the day. Thanks head office, will definitely come back.

I had some highlights put through which came out very well considering I'd already put a bottle colour in it myself about a month beforehand, it is now the colour it should be! Whenever I've had my hair cut there it's come out very well. I always find that I have to explain to hairdressers that I like to wear my hair wavy and straight (depending on how much time I give myself to get ready!) which then dictates what kind of cut I have, and they got it just right so happy with the results overall.

The worst hairdressing experience of my life. I had long hair and wanted it cut to my shoulders, I came out looking a complete state. They didn't bother to style or straighten my hair, it was a shapeless blob but it wasn't until I went to a different hairdresser later that day to get it fixed that I saw how AWFUL the cut was. After straightening it, it was clear all of the lines were noticeably wonky and there was a huge zig-zag chunk of hair missing. When I complained to the manager, showing him a photo of my terrible haircut, he was extremely rude, said the hair cut was 'acceptable' and refused to give my £40 back. Will NEVER be returning, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.

I disliked the woman being so rude when I said what I wanted. I said to the guy I'd like some more layers in my hair, and he said after it was dry. I was just reading a mag n then it was all done. didn't realise what a mess it was til I got home. I didn't have any layers and it was all uneven. Ain't goin back...gonna get it done properly....
