I found the staff fine, no issues, spent time with me looking into my concern. For anyone visiting for the first time, avoid 13, face tubes don’t work and switches off after 1 minute. Also a lot of tube that are not working. I paid £19 for 12 minutes of nothing, think I had a bad bed as there were other customers in the shop. I wouldn’t go back but I didn’t have a problem with the staff.

Absolute horrible service! Asked the receptionist for advise on which tanning bed to use. She advised that all beds are the same. I asked her to recommend me a good accelerator which was the most expensive one, which I didnt mind paying for as long as it got me a bit more tanned. Came out absolute no colour. Waste of money

Let’s start saying that I never found the staff polite. Today I made aware the blond lady in the afternoon shift that the music was not working ( not a problem for me I also said) juts to be kind and to inform her and she answered: “no worries” what does it mean? If you cannot say sorry at least say thank you! She looked at me very annoyed. I had a package and in 2 occasions the sensor never worked and no one ever says that they would give me 1 free session. Also the beds don’t look very clean and when you touch them is very oily. Well for sure I will never be back in this place.
