I go here all the time for my services! Wonderful staff and I feel amazing after my tan!

Most miserable unfriendly lady at the front desk. I say “Hello how are you?” and she couldn’t be less bothered. When leaving I say “Good bye see you tomorrow” I get the flattest “bye” with zero eye contact, face stuck into her screen like I didn’t exist. As a customer-facing manager myself, sort your customer service out. You greet, you smile, you are polite and show some common courtesy, respect and decency with your customers please. It takes nothing.

My daughter arrived for her spray tan after booking an appointment over 2 weeks ago. When she arrived they told her the machine wasn’t working and someone should have cancelled her appointment (no one did). She is so disappointed- no time to go elsewhere as her holiday is tomorrow and appointment was at 5pm. Terrible service.
