I am a returning client and I honestly have nothing bad to say, a few days ago I had the best experience at your branch. The stuff is so lovely and I have to say a couple of days I met Julia and she amazing. She’s so friendly and nice and made me feel extremely looked after while I was there. Thank you

From the second I came through the door, Nadia completely brightened my day with her warm welcome, incredible energy and exceptional customer service. It was my first time in this shop and the sign up process was extremely fast. It was a quick form before being put on the system. Nadia then talked me through the (excellent) deals and products and found the best package which suited me. I saved a considerable amount of money with the flash sale and being a new customer which was brill! I was advised the safest amount of minutes for my skin and then shown to the room with a lockable sliding door. The room itself was spotless, bins were empty and by a mirror, freshening wipes and eye covers were provided. I opted for standing up and the machine was spotless. I loved the playlist they had going and I loved that there was an option to crank up the volume if you wanted to. I purchased an accelerator so despite a low amount of minutes to begin with, I still saw a difference which I was so pleased with. I then grabbed some water from their water cooler before Nadia showed us out. I left the shop feeling really refreshed and the staff really left me with a positive feeling. The vibe from the staff, the cleanliness of the salon and the efficiency of service made my experience here excellent and I highly recommend this shop.
