The Tanning Shop Earls Court

I went for a spray tan the night before my holiday the next morning. All seemed to be going well, I got prepared for my tan and stepped into the machine. The machine didn’t appear to be working. I couldn’t feel the colour being sprayed and I didn’t change colour at all. At first, the assistant tried to gaslight me saying that it had worked and that the colour goes on translucent, however they offered to try it again. Unfortunately, after waiting around nude for 40 minutes while she came in and out of the room, they couldn’t get the machine to restart. I decided to give up and get dressed. When I came out of the room, she told me that the machine was actually “down for maintenance” and she hadn’t been told, nor had they cancelled their pre-booked spray tan sessions. I then expected that I would be issued a refund, but apparently that is not possible and they could only “credit” my account and I would have to email in to receive a refund. I don’t blame the attendant at all, as she was very nice and apologetic and apparently it was her first day at the studio. However, there is a clear lack of communication and training, and issues with their systems, which has left me pale as a ghost with no time to go anywhere else and down 25 pounds out of pocket.

I have very good experience with this store and company. I miss my gold ring at the store yesterday and I feel that would be lost forever but they staff safe my ring and give it to me back I really appreciate that. Really big thank you for the girls yesterday to safe my staff and girls today she really quickly find and give it to me back. A lot of thank you for you with this beautiful and safe staff at Earls Court
