Such a good experience here! Been here a few times now and I’m always greeted so politely by one receptionist in particular. I believe her name is Rebecca. So helpful and professional and explained everything to me so well as I was new to sun beds! Every time I’ve been in she makes me feel so welcome. 10/10 service from her

Hi there, Today I’ve visit Fulham shop at 1:35 pm as a regular customer. Today reception girl with curly hair was on her phone talking to someone very loudly with headphones in during all the time my request for the stand up bed. She charge me and send me to laid down bed. When I came up stairs she was still on her phone conversation and headphones on. Not only me was serving with not hearing girl but 4 customers waiting also. Usually I’ve pay 13.50£ for 10min Today’s I’ve paid 15.50£ Not really nice experience

I came in today to the shop to find out more about the services and sun beds, the place looks very neat and I loved the manager Rebecca !!! She is so sweet and helpful as well her colleagues. This will definitely be my new spot
