The Tanning Shop Liverpool Street

I had a very good experience at this tanning shop. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always happy to offer advice and answer my questions. The tanning beds were clean, which is always a top priority for me. And best of all, I've never had to wait for my booked slot – they're always punctual. Highly recommend!

Lovely gal working in the shop. For anyone who can’t find it (which included me) it’s just behind the M&S Food hall on the first floor

Nothing wrong with the beds themselves, although the shop is extremely hot. The reason for the low rating is the customer service. I've been to several tanning shop branches over the past few years and this one has consistently had the rudest and most unfriendly staff. No "hello", "thank you" or "goodbye". The last girl that served me didn't even bother look up from the screen when she was talking to me. Basic manners cost nothing
