Had the absolute PLEASURE of meeting the lovely Tracey today for a spray tan. Very new to the tanning world and she made me feel comfortable and listened to. She explained everything in depth, made sure to answer all of my questions and literally brightened my already bright day. I walked away with a glow excited for my holiday. I’m not usually comfortable in environments like this, but Tracey is full of smiles, always welcoming and has a lovely aura about her. It makes a change to the unfriendly faces in other places. She’s an asset. Stand ups are always scorching too, love them!!

It was clean and the new ergo line bed is great I’m obsessed. The girl at the desk called Ria was so accommodating and lovely. The company are lucky to have such a sweet employee, she really took her time with all the people that were before me with great enthusiasm and customer service. Never seen or met someone so lovely at any of their branches.
