Horrendous, never been spoken to in such a way, 100% need to get pest control in to exterminate the massive horrible tattooed rat that is behind the counter, used to be a regular as ive never encountered this rat before but i will never be returning and neither will my friends, she needs to grow up before you lose anymore customers to such a vile human being who thrives off embarrassing 19 year olds.
