Such a great, welcoming environment! Alexa was top-notch, very professional, and def an 'artist' in her craft, of helping poor souls who need some color in their life- aka, hair color.

Kyla was amazing! She was able to create the exact style I wanted and taught me how to recreate it at home. In addition to its great location across from The Landing, the salon itself has a nice vibe, as well!

If you value your hair do NOT go to this salon!! I went in for an all over color, face framing money pieces and a cut and it has been my worst hair nightmare! In the photos you can see what I started with, the color I asked for ( along with money piece highlights) and what I walked away with. I had range roots, yellow slices and my mids and ends went even darker than what I started with, and to make it all worse the cut was drastically uneven that other people even commented to me. Think it can't get worse? The Salon flat out refused to fix it because they would be taking a loss!! (see text below). When I left my appt the stylist and I had discussed fixing it later in the week and she told me she wouldn't charge me until then, today I called the salon saying I did not want to get the stylist in trouble but I want someone else to fix it instead. Their response was if I wanted it fixed it would have to be with that stylist but they could request supervision and they had to speak with their owner about it and call me back. I replied that I could live with that as long as we fixed it even if it resulted in something other than what I originally wanted. I have never been more humiliated walking into my place of work and receiving feedback that validated my feeling on how this turned out. They do NOT care about you or your hair, I have been going to Aveda Salons happily for a the past few years and if this is the new Aveda Standard I am appalled.
