The atmosphere felt both professional and welcoming. The facilities were immaculate and the soothing music made me immediately relax. My therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and took the time to assess my skin’s needs before customising the facial. Pure bliss! The spa is great, they have a great team of professionals working there. I had a deep tissue massage with Javier and I absolutely love it. Javier was very professional and helped me release the pain in my body. However, when I visited the spa, Feb 2025, there were some renovations taking place so it was quite noisy and I couldn’t fully relax during my treatment. Plus I would suggest improving the ambience in treatment rooms to make it more comfortable and relaxing - e.g. music, lights etc.
