TONI & GUY Bournemouth

Toni and Guy Bournemouth completely ruined my hair!! I had highlights and on one side of my head every foil bled leaving a yellow leopard print effect. Also, patches of it were an ashy platinum blonde and others dark blonde. I noticed how bad it was later that day and went back in to see what they could do. The manager of the salon was a complete witch who didn't care at all and gave me head office's number for them to sort it out. so i tried to call their customer services for 2 weeks, always got through to voicemail. finally after never being able to get through i emailled them the story with pictures, and then they said i should have contacted them sooner and they wouldnt do anything!!!!!!!!!!!!! The girl who FINALLY called me back sounded like a total brain washed monkey and began every single sentence with, "well unfortunately because you didnt contact us sooner....." INSANE!!!! i am SO MAD!!!!!!!!!!! seriously, if you're thinking of going there, DON'T! if you're in Bournemouth try Mane Street instead. Much friendlier and has actual hairdressers with actual hairdressing skills.
