TONI & GUY Bury St Edmunds

I have had two different stylists within 6 mths as they keep leaving which is very frustrating. The staff are always very welcoming and the cut is always great whether I have a Stylist or a Senior Stylist. Was disappointed to be given an appointment with a Senior Stylist rather than a Stylist as I had asked for as this meant that the price had risen from £41 to £48 which is extortionate especially in a recession. Perhaps it would be better to start their prices at £35 (instead of £41) for a stylist as there are only £1 increments between Senior Stylist, Style Director, Senior Director and Management & Art Director. I think price will eventually be the deciding factor for me, which is a shame because it seems that a decent hair cut and a decent price is very hard to come by in Bury St Edmunds.
