I went into the salon yesterday for a fringe trim, which was awful. The fringe was longer on one side than the other, cut too short and cut straight across removing all of my face framing layers. Absolutely gutted. I was also informed that I wasn't a regular client so had to pay for the pleasure of having my hair cocked up - I have been going to the salon since it opened. Went back to have it sorted out, was looked at like I had leprosy and to be fair the stylist trying to sort out the mess did her best. They refused to give my money back for the previous day as again I apparently wasn't a regular enough client. To be a regular client you have to have your hair cut every 4 weeks apparently. Good news they won't charge me next time for my fringe trim, bad news for them is that I will NEVER set foot in there again. Used to be a great salon - gone downhill massively.
