Toni & Guy Regent Street

Despite having had a bad experience long time ago in an other Toni & Guy salon, I decided to give one more chance to this salon chain and I visited the one at Regent St. I must say that I was very happy that I met my hair dresser at the reception who could answered my questions regarding a treatment, I was planning to have. He also booked me on the closest date available (2 days later) and made a special exception that I could even stay after hours that day which was very nice of him.The whole experience was great, very short if comparing to others I had as Lee was the fastest person doing highlights I ever met. As he said, he was the fastest person at Toni & Guy - I had nothing but to believe him! I have to say that I was happy with the results, but also a bit disappointed as the contrast between the new colors and my natural one was a bit more visible than I wished for.Well, if I had to say something at the end I would say that the treatment was a bit overpriced comparing the results, thats all :-)
