So where do I start? I don't even know. I explained to guulia what I wanted. Showed her a picture of a model who i personally know with grey silver hair that I wanted my hair to look like. She persisted with me having ash tone instead of platinum silver, said the model had naturally grey hair even though hes personslly told me that some of his hair is coloured and bleached, which I originally wanted and had nearly gotten from someone else. Only it wasn't as strong, as my hair was coloured brown before my first attempt. Compared to this one the small business owner did a great job. Toni n guy however did not. I would of thought she would of been able to atleast give me some correct information. I asked If I should wash my hair with purple shampoo only. Found out from other professionals that no purple shampoo is just a toner and u have to use normal shampoo to clean then apply purple shampoo. Misinformation 1. I came in with brassy hair. I went out with brassy hair. I don't really know what they did tbh. Was 131 pounds. After they charged me 20 for toner. She said before that she wasn't going to charge me. Guulia then made excuses about how "the toner is 50 pounds normally so we are actually giving you a good deal" nonsense. £50 for a palm full of toner??? So you would have my hair bleached only amd charge £131. For an incomplete treatment. Are you serious? Not a good experience at all. I wouldn't recommend. My local knew exactly what I wanted and she delivered. Toni and guy didnt. Money wasted.

My first balayage. They understood what i want by seeing some reference pictures. I had consultation with Giulia, she gave me brief explanation of the process and colouring that goes with my natural hair colour. Checked my hair condition very closely. And Danielle was my hair colour technician. She was soo nice , as that was my first time colouring so I kind of not sure about the exactly what I want but she turned it soo beautiful. They are very hospitable. Definitely recommended:)
