I am very pleased with my haircut and blow-dry. I have very straight hair and never managed to get waives that lasted until the day after. Yana was great. I strongly recommend Yana and this salon.

Yana is amazing! I can’t recommend her enough! Every time I visit, she works her magic and leave my hair looking absolutely amazing. Not only she is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but she also take the time to listen to exactly what I want and make thoughtful recommendations. I had Yana do my hair colour before my wedding and I absolutely loved it!

Unfortunately, I’ve had two very disappointing experiences dyeing my hair at Toni&Guy. Both times, there was about a two-month gap between appointments. I wanted a coppery brown color for my hair. During the first visit, my hair ended up stained, so during the second visit (with a different colorist), my hair was bleached to try and achieve the tone I wanted. However, the result was completely different from what I had asked for. The colorist noticed that I was disappointed at the end, but she said she did what I asked for. However, as you can see in the pictures, it’s clearly very different. I’m deeply disappointed and saddened by how my hair turned out. The color doesn’t suit my skin tone, looks completely artificial, and in some areas, the dye didn’t take at all, leaving them white and patchy. It’s really upsetting to see my hair like this. There are a few aspects of the service that could be improved: - I wasn’t shown the color menu before dyeing my hair. - They didn’t inform me which dye and mixture were used, so I have no idea about the type or quality of the products applied to my hair. And everything cost me : £250,00 I’ve attached two sets of photos: the first is the reference photo of how I wanted my hair to look, and the others show how my hair actually turned out. l know the model has more hair than me and healthier hair. However, please focus on the color and how different it turned out on my hair. Please note, the colorist is a nice person. My review is solely because I didn’t like what was done to my hair. On a positive note, I would like to give credit to a specific hairdresser who has been cutting my hair for some time: Jurgita!
