I was happy with the final outcome of my hair. However the total was higher than I was quoted on the website. My stylist was great but they kept switching out due to other customers needing assistance which made the appointment time much longer than it was supposed to be. The girl who was subbed in for a little time to blow dry my hair hit my helix piercing quite hard with the hair drying brush so she needs to be trained to do this more gently.

Customer service nowadays is quite important for any business. After a long week at work, I was eagerly anticipating my hairdresser appointment. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a smile and offered a hot drink. I was initially anxious since I couldn't find the shop and was 5 minutes late, but they were understanding. I enjoyed a lovely shampoo and a nice chat. I truly love my haircut and appreciated how Alex focused on my wavy hair, rather than treating it as if it were straight. We discussed what style would best suit me and what I needed. Thanks for the amazing service and care
