I would like to share an incident that took place recently with one of the products I ordered from this website. Unfortunately, the post man delivered it to the incorrect place and I was not made aware that it was sent out for delivery. I contacted James who reassured me that he would get this sorted as I was worried since it was an expensive serum that I had ordered. James went above and beyond to make sure that I recieved my product within the next two days. He was extremely helpful and understanding. It is the first time I've ordered from this website and I will be using this site from now on to order my skin care products. I had no issues contacting James he responded to my queries within the same day. Excellent customer service. James is efficient, kind and ensures that his customers are taken care of.
