Transform Birmingham Clinic

I went to Transform Birmingham because it was close,the place is over rated, all you can see is they want your money-regardless-I had botox at a cost of £400 for 3 areas-I have had botox before elsewhere without a problem,this time I neeed to go back a fortnight later for a "top up",this still did not do the job,looks like i've had none-i'm not kidding!-I rang, complained,they made it seem like it was my fault,they wouldnt do the area's I was concerned about,forehead and bunny lines,eventually they said they would do bunny lines for free,like they were doing me a favour!,they wouldnt do forehead because at top up I said the eyes and bunnylines were upsetting me more,I was assured the forehead would be ok,i've spent £400 and look even worse,i'm not going back..I asked to speak to clinic manager but to no avail,customer service is total rubbish,if it hasnt worked it hasnt worked regardless of time,they need to get a grip!!!
