If I could give less than one-star I would. This place reduced me to tears by belittling me and accusing me of lying and taking no responsibility for the fact that my weave was poor quality. As a loyal customer for 3 years, it makes me sick that this company charged me in excess of £150 for a substandard job. I was belittled by both the manager and another member of staff who accused me of not buying products I bought the previous week and not apologising when they were proved wrong. They effectively blamed me for the state of my extensions even though they acknowledged that it was a bad job. I was refused a refund on a session that they claimed should never have been carried out and tried to claim I was in the wrong. I had these extensions put in 5 weeks ago. I had sores all over my head and the hair was falling out in clumps - apparently this was my fault. Avoid this place. They treat loyal customers with no respect
