Hands down the best massage I have ever had. And I have had a lot of massages. The therapist, Proud, is an artist. My neck, shoulders and back have been a mess for a long time, but over the course of two hours, she got them working and feeling much better than they have felt in awhile. I will be returning.

An incredible massag! The masseuse clearly knew what she was doing, with every movement feeling intentional rather than just random pressure. The warm towels at the end were a perfect finishing touch. Surprisingly rare, but such a game-changer!

I’m a competitive swimmer and have been struggling with shoulder issues that kept me out of the pool for way too long. Thankfully, I booked in with Nat...and honestly, she worked absolute wonders. She was super kind, easy to talk to, and clearly knows her stuff. She really took the time to understand what was going on with my shoulder and tailored the treatment. Yuo can tell she genuinely cares and is passionate about what she does. After just one session with her, I noticed a massive difference and she also gave me some great aftercare advice, which was a bonus. I'm now back to training at full intensity, which I didn't think would be possible so soon. Couldn’t recommend Nat more iff you’re dealing with any kind of sports injury or muscle issue, she’s 100% the person to see.

I came in for a foot massage, explaining to the message therapist Summer where my discomfort was. It was one of the most relaxing, enjoyable massages I’ve ever had ! Summer was very nice and did an amazing job. So much so that I’ve already booked my next appointment :-) 10/10 would recommend

Incredible massage with Kai, I left feeling like a new woman. A perfect combination of relaxing massage but also really working at my tight back and neck. She clearly really knows what she's doing. The only slight downside was the man in the next room speaking with a loud booming voice right as I was feeling at my most relaxed (it's a shared space with other types of therapy) but other than that it was perfect. I'll definitely be back and recommend to my friends.
