Good for hair cut but not recommended for hair colouring. So far, the colour agreed upon does not work out. Needs to work on hospitality and listening to the requirements of the customers rather than adopting the attitude that they know better.

I’ve been doing highlights with Viola for the past 4 years now and she is the only one that truly knows how to handle my hair, I don’t let anyone else touch it She and bessa are not only very professional hairdressers, always listening to what you need and advising on what are your best options, they are also lovely people and it’s always a pleasure to be there to do my touch ups 100% recommend
