Vernyoga is run by Vernette Butler who is a holistic life and fitness coach with many years experience, that provides 1-2-1 yoga tuition, classes, yoga therapy (which is a tailored set of exercises and breathing exercises to restore well being and to help with injuries or pain, can also include massage, manipulation and nutritional advice), reiki, massage therapies, relaxation therapies, personal fitness training and counselling by phone, online or face to face. Vernette teaches 1-2-1 yoga and fitness training for people in and around Chertsey, Addlestone and Weybridge, for people of all ages and backgrounds and abilities. Classes are held at the Lecture Hall (above library) in Weybridge, a class at Top Golf  in Addlestone and a Saturday afternoon class held at Curves ladies gym in Chertsey. 1-2-1 therapies, yoga and fitness training are held at the Spring Laser Clinic Therapy Room in Chertsey. Vernette is a Member of: Sherwood Foundation Therapy Register (SFTR), The International Society for Mental Health Online (MISMHO), British School Of Yoga (MBSY), British Yoga Teachers Association (BYTA), British Wheel of Yoga (MBWY), is a preferred Yoga Teacher on Health and Yoga. Com and has had eight articles published in Yoga (UK), Yoga and Health, Yoga Abode, Natural Health and Positive Health Online.
