Catherine C:I have been attending Whyoga classes now for a number of years and just keep coming back each week for more. WhYoga is run by the fantastically talented Vicky Oliver who each week inspires, encourages and cajoles our poor stressed bodies into positions we never thought possible when we got up that morning! Its great to find a talented teacher you can trust and I am delighted to say that although I have 'experimented' on courses and retreats with other teachers, none of them come anywhere close to Vicky.
