Earlier in 2009, and after becoming a little out of shape, I decided to receive some personal training at Xpect to see what could be done. What I achieved more than exceeded my expectations.I was given a great routine to follow which fitted in with my home and professional life plus by also following the nutrition advice I was given I started to see results after the 1st week. The regular follow-up and encouragement they gave helped me to loose the first two and a half stone within 3 months, which seven months later is still off. The major benefit to me has been that my fitness levels are so much better now and as a bonus people say that I look younger too.
