I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zee Cutz, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was stylish yet comfortable, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy the experience. The barber who attended to me was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. It was clear that they were passionate about their craft, and that made all the difference. Throughout the haircut, they engaged me in pleasant conversation, making the time fly by. What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Every snip of the scissors felt precise, and I could tell that they were dedicated to ensuring I left looking my best. The finishing touches, including a hot towel treatment and a quick beard trim, elevated the experience even further. When I looked in the mirror, I was genuinely impressed with the result. Overall, my visit to Zee Cutz was not just a haircut; it was a delightful experience that I can't wait to repeat. If you're looking for a barber shop that combines skill, friendliness, and a great atmosphere, Zee Cutz is the place to go!

Avoid unless you just need your head done with a trimmer or army hair cut. Young lads barber with bad customer service and attitude. My tip: Avoid. Just look at the haircuts they all have. My evaluation: Experienced with skill but useless at shaping or modelling. Acts with hubris and pretends to be cool. Acts passive aggressive and dumb. My experience: I just won lottery and was so happy I decided to go Zee as it looked pro on the outside. Looks can be deceiving. My concern started when none of the 6 people said hello or never greeted me for the first 10 minutes whilst one customer was being cut and it looked rubbish. I then asked one of the helpers who were very attentive, extremely polite and almost subservient all the time if I can use the loo to see what the sketch is as that’s how I would judge the level. Not only the toilet place was filthy but the rest of the place was covered in hair. The machines were covered in skin dust and hair. I saw the main guy smoking cigarettes at the back and I don’t think he washed his hands when he approached me. I decided to stay calm and had to use all my psychological skills for the rest of this theatre. When we got to the job he was on the Fone missing important details and not following the assignment or focused. I explained clearly I want skin level cut inch above ears around the head following my skull shape and hot towel shave. Leave volume on top at the back and trim the front and pointed up where exactly. The rest only inch shorter because when washed goes too short. He then proceeded cutting it too low and explaining how he needs to blend it. I said higher and he made it too high almost on purpose . I then realised it is going wrong and just said I will leave it on your capable hands. I wasn’t even offered a mirror at the end and had to ask for it. He then kept just following what I tried to correct into extreme. Leaving me looking like RinTinTin instead of applying his skill. I said: look I see you are spending more time with me despite me correcting his mistakes and felt generous. I offered him to charge me double if it will take too long. He said next time bring pictures. I then left him to do his job growing in anxiety which was noticeable. Few key moments: When brushing my hair he used spiky brush that hurt. When trimming, he cut me with the trimmer twice and was acting surprised it even happened. When spraying water he sprayed it directly in my eyes several times on purpose. He used blunt razor as the shave wasn’t smooth and left rush. I didn’t feel safe. He used some gel that really hurt and I refused his after shave. It felt like I’m dealing with a sadistic person with cool front. I decided to stay calm and yet he did all the tricks following literally. I understand I’m quite demanding as customer and unfortunately for him I have a high level of detail. When we finally got to some mediocre result I decided to give him tip 10 quid express gratitude because he spent a lot of time and I didn’t know he is the owner Zee. Then he had the audacity to tell me in front of customers not to come again, that no one will serve me. Without explanation and then when prompted he finally lost his cool and said it was bcs it took too long and I kept his customers waiting instead of owing to all the mistakes he did, being on the Fone and doing what he wants. I left without argument and thanked him. I think the reason I got asked is because he didn’t get away with his gaslighting and I held him accountable. He often changed from polite yes sir to d’you get me bruva. The other observation is that he looks extremely muscly and exactly like the people who take testosterone. I think that is the main reason this guy acts dumb and passive aggressive with answer to everything. What took long is him having to fix his mistakes and he still left it all wrong, uneven and unclean as the shave was spiky and left rash. I ended up going to another barber round the corner who kindly fixed it in under 10 minutes with professionalism and care.
