Sudbury's Town Hall can be found in CO10, as can St. Peter's Church where the 101 Dalmatians took a drink before they crossed into Suffolk. Market Hill has many buildings which have recently been converted into shops. At the end of Market Hill, there is now a library where the old Corn Exchange used to be located. Keep walking and you can see Gainsborough's House which was once the home of the artist Thomas Gainsborough. Near the library is Friars Street with many old buildings that then leads to Quay Lane where you can find the Quay Theatre and the Granary. In the centre of the town is North Street, one of the main shopping areas with many beautiful buildings. North Street has many local, boutique shops as well as national chains. Belle Vue Park is a beautiful place to just sit and relax in Sudbury. The park not only has beautiful flowers and an open green area, but it also contains aviaries and many other animal collections. You can also find tennis courts and a skateboarding area in the park. The city is also equipped with the Kingfisher Leisure Centre. This centre has a swimming pool with a “beach” as well as other fitness equipment.
