Gothic fashion - dark dramatic dresses, vampy makeup and glittering jewels has become mainstream in Hollywood. Designers such as Alexander McQueen, Gaultier, Givenchy and Gareth Pugh are no longer considered shocking or controversial choices for the red carpet.
