She may have just endured a tough six months, but you'd never know it to look at Christine Bleakley as she strolls through the ITV canteen with a huge smile on her face. The Daybreak host was a floor manager on Northern Irish television when she was asked to try her hand at presenting.
She landed a job on The One Show alongside Adrian Chiles in 2007 and quickly became BBC1's golden girl. Last summer came the move to ITV and a contract worth a rumoured £1 million a year.
