Kate Moss is an English supermodel born in Croydon in January 1974. Kate Moss is known for causing controversy in the media with her lifestyle, high profile relationships and drug use. She was discovered at the age of 14 by the manager of Storm Model Management. Whilst other models were recognised for their tall, curvacious figures, Moss was known as the "anti-supermodel" of the 1990's due to her skinny physique. In addition to her modelling work, Kate Moss is known as an international fashion icon. She has achieved awards for her style and named "Best dressed" on many occasions. In 2007 Forbes magazine named Kate Moss second on the list of the world's 15 top earning models.
