Absolutely fantastic experience! From the outstanding customer service to the gorgeous establishment. My hair has never felt so clean. Booked another treatment before my treatment finished. Counting down the days until I return!!! Finally a treatment comparable to the one I actually had done in Japan !!!

It was my first time at a Japanese head spa and I had the most amazing experience at Aurora. The Japanese head spa treatment was relaxing from start to finish. I booked in for a 60 minute treatment and the therapist was so gentle and easy to talk to, which made it even easier for me to unwind. The treatment included a detailed scalp analysis, a double cleanse, conditioning, and a hair mask. I left feeling completely refreshed. I had the best night’s sleep afterward, and my hair smelled incredible the next day! Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and treat their scalp and hair. I’ll be adding this to my monthly self-care routine.

It was my first time having this treatment after having seen it on their tiktok page and I wasn’t sure what to expect. All I can say is I was blown away, from start to finish this treatment was the ultimate definition of relaxation. I was welcomed into the stunning treatment room and had a scalp analysis which I had never experienced before, it was very insightful. The treatment itself was out of this world, I was talked through each step and everything was explained to me. I could have definitely fallen asleep because of how relaxing it was. Afterwards, I had a drink of my choice and had my hair blowdried with Dyson products. The products for the treatment itself are top of the range, excellent quality, organic products. All in all 10/10 and highly recommend.
