I recommend Dr. Pradeep as I did the ayurveda treatment with him this November. Dr. Pradeep is extremely knowledgeable about ayurveda, professional and insightful too and in explaining how things work and what ayurveda is. It was important for him to professionally understand my health experience. The treatment includes monthly herbals and oils, follow up sessions and the 2 weeks treatment. I also enjoyed speaking and learning more with him and I will continue for now on to do this moving forward. Thanks for all the help and I will see you soon.

Dr. Pradeep's knowledge and application of Ayurvedic principles and medicines is superb. My personal health has benefited tremendously from his work. His knowledge of the discipline is extensive and he truly cares about his patients. He is very patient, and takes the time to explain things. Extremely effective, and highly recommended.

Being a computer professional for a long time, I had developed a stiff back problem and heaviness in my saddle area due to working long hours in front of my laptop. Besides, my flexibility especially forward bending had vastly decreased though I use to workout in the gym regularly. Even my posture was affected and I used to walk as if I was tied a pole!. My GP referred me to a physiotherapist but the regular stretching exercise recommended by the physiotherapist hardly made any difference. But with Dr Prapeep's Ayurvedic oil massage coupled with yoga exercises recommended by him regularly, I could see that my back stiffness is reducing and flexibility is improving. Doctor is able to correctly identify the changes happening to my body muscular system (resulting from the massage and yoga) when I go for my weekly massage sessions and I would vouch that his assessment is correct cent percent! Unlike several other practitioners of Ayurveda in the UK, Dr Pradeep is a graduate in Ayurvedic Medical Sciences from a very reputed Ayurveda College in Kerala, India which makes him a cut above the rest. With his medical background he provides not only just massage but also correct diagnosis for the ailments. I had started to develop the stiffness over 15 years ago and I did not know what is happening until Dr Pradeep made the correct diagnosis! I was always thinking that my flexibility is decreasing as I grow older! I would recommend Dr Padeep for your ailments without any second thoughts! He is definitely an expert in the field of Ayurveda.
