I had been suffering from irregular bowel movements for many months and it was having an adverse on my mental and physical state. When I first discussed my condition with Barbara I was somewhat sceptical about her ability to help. However , She persuaded me to have a Spinal Energetics treatment to see if it would help relieve my condition. I felt calm and relaxed throughout the treatment thanks to Barbara. My initial reaction after the treatment was to feel unwell for the first couple of days. Barbara did explain this would happen. After I became more regular and felt more positive and healthy courtesy of the treatment. I would no hesitation recommending Barbara.

Today, I had my second Spinal Energetics session with Barbra. For quite some time, I had felt drawn to trying spiritual healing modalities. I came across her Instagram profile randomly, and from the moment I scrolled through it, I knew she would be the best person to guide me. From our very first interaction, she was incredibly kind, thoroughly explaining everything in detail. After just one session, I felt immense relief, as I had been struggling with chronic anxiety. The way she speaks to people is truly medicine for the soul. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to embark on a holistic healing journey.
