Beauty at Tori's makes my teenage daughter and myself feel welcomed and relaxed. Tori makes time to get to know all her clients really. All the team are very friendly and there is a great atmosphere. Love the guest therapists. Both my daughter and I recommend our friends to use Beauty at Tori's as the service and Prices are fabulous

I have been a regular client at Tori's salon since it opened last year. I have enjoyed several different types of treatments including waxing, pedicures, gel polish and massage. Tori and her team are always welcoming and accommodating if I need to bring my children with me to the salon (unlike other places I have visited previously). However, it is the perfect place to go for half hour peace and quiet if babysitters allow! The choice of treatments Tori offers are regularly evolving which I enjoy as it gives me the opportunity to try new things. Tori is very professional and she is very knowledgable about the latest products and their suitability for the individual client. I would happily recommend anyone to visit Tori for an excellent, friendly, local service at competitive prices.

There is nothing that I don't like about the salon, its staff or service. I like the variety of treatments available including 'guest' therapists. I have been a customer of Tori's for nearly a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else. From the moment you walk in the door you can feel the friendliness from all that work there and the relaxed atmosphere. I am very often early for my appointments and am always offered a coffee and a magazine while I wait. I have had several treatments including acrylic nails, gel polishes, waxing, pedicures and have felt that all were done in a very professional manner. Tori takes her time getting to know her customers and talking about the treatments before she carries them out to make sure that they are appropriate to the customer needs. Tori is very conscientious about the products she uses making sure that they only use the best. My nails look as good as the day she does them over 2 weeks later and everyone comments on the designs she creates for me. Tori's daughter does work there occassionally at the weekends and I personally think this is a great idea as she is exposed to the working world and helps build confidence both in the customer service sector but also product knowledge....we all have to learn somewhere! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beauty at Tori's to everyone that asks me.

This is a new salon but the decor was very dated and not very impressive or beauty salon standard, very much a case of thrown together. I visited here not long after it had opened as I live a few minutes walk away so was excited about this salon opening, how very wrong was I. I was greeted by the owners very young daughter who was very sweet but clueless about beauty and was fobbed off as the receptionist/helper but was only about 12. I had purposely left my children at home to have adult time! The owner/therapist was very polite but dated in her techniques. I had opted for a gel manicure which should last 14 days ad had chipped by day 2, i normally get 3 weeks worth without chipping, perhaps it was poor cheap products. I would not revisit this salon. I would recommend this salon to an elderly person who was looking for a file and polish and a chat over a lovely cup of tea.
