My son went here at the weekend and has come away with a truly awful haircut. It is patchy and uneven and does not take into account his hair texture and style. If the staff do not have the expertise, knowledge or confidence to cut longer, curly hair they should not attempt to do it. Instead they have butchered my son’s hair which will take months to regrow or have to be cut much shorter to try and fix the mess they created.

I asked for a burst fade very clearly. That’s all I wanted and all I have been getting for the past year. But it was a different barber this time, I don’t know where the communication broke down, but I DID NOT receive a burst fade at all. Nothing even close to it in the slightest bit. It was such a shame as the first but cut was the back of my head so there was no turning back now. (Edit, 1 day later) The service team was extremely helpful, they responded very fast and helped so much. They offered to give me a free product as a gift, but unfortunately I couldn’t it make it because I was sick. But the gesture was so very kind and I much appreciate it. It was great to hear from them and the service is definitely 5 stars.
